Terms & cancellation

How projects with Muro Agency are agreed, and your right of withdrawal as a consumer. Last updated: 3 October 2026.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services of Ilja Nasedkins, Muro Agency, Bertha-von-Suttner-Gasse 12/103, 1220 Wien, Austria (“Muro”, “we”), including website design and development, apps, SEO, automations, website audits and video reviews. Free services such as the 10-minute video review and the 15-minute call create no payment obligation.

2. Quotes and contracts

Prices on this website are starting prices and not a binding offer. Sending a form or booking a call is a request, not an order. Before every project you receive a written quote with the scope, timeline and fixed price. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote in writing (email is enough). The content of the accepted quote takes precedence over these terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Monthly services (such as SEO) are billed monthly; the minimum term is stated in the quote. Third-party costs, such as software subscriptions, domains or hosting, are paid by you directly unless the quote says otherwise.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

This section applies only if you are a consumer, i.e. you order for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ilja Nasedkins, Muro Agency, Bertha-von-Suttner-Gasse 12/103, 1220 Wien, Austria, email: hello@muroagency.com, phone: +43 660 966 3688) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start and end of the right. We only start work within the 14 days if you expressly ask us to. Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, if we started at your express request and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal on full performance.

5. Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
